We also act as data processors for any information you enter about your cases on this site and set out additional security and privacy information below:
- Any information you do enter about your cases is stored on our secure server placed in a FastHosts data centre.
- All data is encrypted in transit using a secure socket layer (SSL).
- You can retrieve and delete your data held on our servers at any time. Once downloaded, security for your files is your responsibility.
- If you download any data using the download facility it is encrypted until the file is opened again within the Employment Claims Toolkit.
- Your password is not accessible by anyone other than yourself.
