David Chaplin
David has been involved in product development in legal and professional publishing for over 25 years. Until 2003 he was Director at Jordan Publishing responsible for marketing and electronic publishing. He co-founded Bath Publishing in 2004 and since then he has been instrumental in the launch of several legal information services including Family Law Week, Employment Cases Update and Costs Law Reports. David is also editor of the Society for Computers & Law magazine.
Helen Lacey
Helen has been involved in legal publishing with Bath Publishing Limited since the company was founded. She is now responsible for writing and editing our Employment Cases Update site, a role she also carried out on Family Law Week. She is an experienced legal, pensions and accounts software trainer, having worked for Sage, Profund, Class Legal & Anya Designs. This gives her great insights to the workings of legal practice. Helen has designed the Employment Claims Toolkit with the help and guidance of our advisory board. She is also the co-editor of Employment Tribunal Remedies Handbook which is updated annually by Ben Gray of Littleton Chambers.
